Goodness me, I've tried a lot of self-tanners, but I've never tried any of the self-tanning cloths - until now that is, and let me tell you they take self-tanning to a whole new level!
The ones that I've been using are the Marcelle iBronze, and they're really quite good.
What's amazing about them is that there's really no streaking! You just take a pre-moistened cloth, and rub it on. The colour you get isn't very dark, but you do end up with a nice golden glow that builds the more you use the cloths. I like using the cloths every other day to maintain my glow, and I have absolutely been loving them! You can find Marcelle iBronze Self-tanning Cloths at the drugstore and if you've had bad experiences with self-tanner before, they are well worth a look.

Fresh for the Summer
Now that it's properly summer, it's time to switch over to formulations that are light and fresh instead of being creamy, and in this regard Marcelle's Hydra-C Complex Facial Exfoliating Gel fits the bill.
Like its name says, the exfoliator is a gel with little scrubby bits in it. It's great for using every day and keeps dull skin at bay.

Stay Put Eyeliner
One of the most common questions I get is from readers who want an eyeliner that doesn't smudge and can last them the whole entire day.
I know that they can be hard to find, so when I try one that can keep up with my own busy days, I get excited and have to pass on the good news!
This time, it's about Marcelle's Waterproof Eyeliner. It is amazing! Not only does it last through running around on a weekend, but it can get you through a workout too. The liner sets quickly but not too quickly that you can't smudge it if you need to. The great thing is that this is a drugstore eyeliner that comes in a nice range of natural looking colours too - I've been using Indigo and it really makes my brown eyes pop but you can't necessarily tell that I'm wearing a blue mascara.

Marcelle Ultimate Lash Mascara
Today's another day for a mascara roundup, and we start with one from a line that I haven't talked much about: Marcelle!
I've been trying Marcelle's Ultimate Lash Mascara and I'm pleased to say that although it doesn't use the newer trendier wands, it's still a great product that really works well.
I found that it was really easy to use and with a couple of sweeps of the wand I could get a pretty fringe of lashes. The great thing about this mascara is that it both lengthened and thickened and my lashes stayed soft not crispy.

Department Store vs. Drugstore
This is a picture of a Marcelle compact which was a limited edition that came out for Christmas. Unfortunately, Marcelle's website doesn't have a picture of it so this is one I've taken myself.
I bought this compact as a gift for one of my cousins in India - the colours of the eyeshadow are comparable to the
colours of the eyeshadow in the Benefit Weather Girl compact. The colours are rich and have a silky texture. It seems that I'm not the only one to think so because when I went back to buy another one for someone else, Shoppers Drug Mart was all sold out.
The compact also comes with a highlighting powder.
