Aveeno Intense Relief Foot Cream is very good. It's minty and refreshing. It moisturizes but absorbs lightly. It really does moisturize for a long time. Plus, it has natural ingredients in it which is always a good thing.

Foot Care
Today I'm talking about foot care products - I've been testing them out for a while, and I have a lot of great tips but first we talk about a product that helps your feet in the inside.
I walk a lot and I love my flats. What that means is that sometimes my feet really hurt because of all the pavement pounding my feet are doing.
I've come to love foot inserts and insoles of all kinds - I've been using them for the past few months and have really noticed the difference. The balls of my feet used to hurt a lot and that's no longer the case. All my shoes are comfortable, regardless of whether they had padding in them or not, and I can walk for a long time comfortably.
In most of my shoes, I use Dr. Scholl's Comfort Insoles that are made of a nice gel substance. It gives some great cushioning and fits into the shoes perfectly.
I also like the Dr. Scholl's Ball of Foot cushions - they're great for high heels and if you're going to be standing in them for a while, this will help a lot.

Foot Softening Balm
You can find Dr. Scholl's Foot Softening Balm next to the insoles and the like in the Foot Care section of your drugstore.
The balm is good because it's made by a foot care company to help your feet.
The great thing about this balm is that it absorbs quickly and moisturizes your skin without making it too greasy or oily.
I will say that even the best foot balms work best when you use them daily. If you forget to use them for a week then your dry skin will most probably come back. That said, a balm can make a real difference in how you feet look.

Coppertone Sport
I know that some of you liked my little tip of using cleansing cloths on your feet, and so hot on the heels of that, here's another unconventional use of a conventional product.
Although I'm pretty good at keeping up at moisturizing and the like, sometimes I just don't have time and I need to rush out the door.
This happens a lot in the summer. I get dressed, get ready to put on my favourite sandals, look down and realize that my feet a really dry and don't look sandal-ready. What do I do?
I grab my Coppertone Sport Continuous Spray sunscreen and spray it all over my feet.
You're probably thinking that this is kind of weird, but it's actually kind of genius!
Why sunscreen? Because my feet always get too tan and they're the part that you forget about anyway.
Why a spray? Because it's easy and it dries super-fast.
Why sport? Because I think that it's the only thing that can stand up to the heat and sweat that my feet might be subjected to.
Put this on your dresser or near your front door - trust me, you'll be using it more than you think and with just a 10 second spray, your feet look more moisturized and you will look put together.

Cleansing Towelettes
Here is a foot care product that may seem a little unconventional to you - cleansing wipes that you probably have around to use on your face.
I use Neutrogena Cleansing Towelettes when I'm too tired to wash my face at night, but these also have another great use.
You can use them at the end of your day to clean your feet. It's easier to do than turning on the tap and soaping your feet in the tub, and you'll be able to get into bed with clean feet. They are a must for the summer months, since wearing sandals all day can really make your feet dirty.
They wipes also take of makeup nicely and you can even get rid of mascara with minimal and gentle scrubbing.

Olay Thermal Pedicure
Before launching into a product review, lets talk about this whole thermal business. I just want to say that I am tired of hearing "oh it's just some mineral that heats up, what's the big deal?". To be quite honest, I really don't care why the product is heating up - I like it! I've tried a few of these products and the heat lasts for maybe a minute and then goes away, but for the minute that the heat feels nice, especially if you're using the product in the winter.
Now lets talk about Olay's Thermal Pedicure. This is one of those products that heats up when you first put it on. It has LOTS of scrubby bits in it - ground up pieces of pumice that are actually quite jagged so they do scrub your feet very well. I would never ever use this scrub on my face, but I loved using this on my body. Turn off the shower (to conserve water, of course) and scrub down with this for buttery soft skin. There's also Shea butter in it so moisturizing afterwards is optional, but more importantly your feet get that extra hydration they might need.
The warming for this product really added an extra dimension to the experience. When I used the Thermal Pedicure on my feet, they felt to relieved and soothed. I walk a great deal and also work out several times a week, so my feet get very tired and it was nice to pamper them a little bit. I love this scrub.

The Best Part of Your Week
I have a Conair Foot Spa! Why the exclamation mark, you ask? Because I think that this is a product that every girl wants at some point, and considers getting, but then some how never gets around to it. "If I want a pedicure, I'll just go and get it done," she thinks to herself. That's all well and good, but sometimes you need to do-it-yourself. We get busy and don't have time to make appointments or keep them. This is where a foot spa can come in handy.
The appliance I have is the Conair Cord Reel Foot Spa - it comes with a retractable cord so that once you're done using it, you press a button and the cord gets pulled in so that it's out of the way.
The Foot Spa has three settings - you can use each alone or not. My favorite is the bubbles and heat button. Using it alone, the bubbles come up under my feet and massage them. That coupled with the soothing sound of the bubbles is such a relaxing feeling. Keep in mind that the foot spa doesn't actually heat the water - that's something that you have to do yourself, and at the end of the 15 minutes you spend soaking your feet, the water will probably be cooler than when it was when you started. Still, all said and done, using this foot spa is probably the best part of my week. After running around and working out every single day, 15 minutes in the Conair foot spa is just what my feet need.
